For one who has pure love for the Lord, when he is chanting the Holy Name, he experiences the Lord's presence. It is not simply some vibration, rather the Lord places all potencies in His Holy Name. Therefore, when one chants the Holy Name purely, he experiences the Lord with all of His potencies to the degree that he has this faith.
